About the Author

“I learned to bury myself so deeply because even my own reflection would accuse me—yet the silence of hiding carved its own wound, more merciless than any mockery, and deeper than the cruelest blade.”

—Joshua Macalla- a character from Dark Echoes

About the Author

Kevin lives in East Tennessee with his partner, James, and their two dogs, Max and Tia. He started writing stories as a little boy, chasing the thrill of escaping into a world he created. Even then, there was a spark — that quiet excitement when an idea took shape and became something meaningful, something that might touch someone else.

As he grew older, the stories became more layered, but the foundation never changed. That childhood spark deepened into a passion for pulling something powerful out of a single thought — something that could move a reader, shift a feeling, or simply offer a moment of escape. Whether life‑changing or purely entertaining, he believes both kinds of stories matter.

More than just words

At the end of the day, I write because I think people should get to be themselves. No pretending, no hiding, no fear. My stories come from the belief that everyone, no matter who they are or what they look like, deserves to live openly and honestly without worrying about judgment or being hurt for it.
