It was never my intention to become the greatest writer to ever live. I believe that title is already taken, and honestly, I could never be whatever that is supposed to mean. What I do want is much simpler: to tell the stories that have lived inside me for as long as I can remember.
My stories may be fiction, but there is always something human buried inside them. Fear. Love. Shame. Hope. Grief. Desire. Survival. The things we hide. The things we carry. The things we finally decide to face.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people deserve to live as themselves. Fully. Honestly. Without apology.
My hope is that readers are entertained, encouraged, and maybe even empowered to confront their deepest fears and embrace who they are, no matter how difficult that journey may be. We live in a world where even being slightly outside the norm can make people uncomfortable. But I stopped reshaping myself to fit into other people’s expectations a long time ago. Some doors were never meant for me, and some doors I have no desire to walk through again. That pain was entirely too great and I have no intention of ever experiencing it again.
I cannot be someone else just to make the world more comfortable.
So I write for the people who have been told they are too different, too much, too strange, too emotional, too broken, or too hard to understand.
Be yourself.
Be you.
That is where the real story begins.

The Listening Dark

Hiller's Crest looks like every other neighborhood in Bernard County. Quiet streets. Familiar neighbors.
Then Jimmy Sean Walker is struck down in the street in what looks like a senseless accident. It's the first death. It won't be the last.
One by one, the people of Hiller's Crest are taken, and each death is stranger than the one before it. The sheriff's department calls it tragedy. The neighbors call it coincidence. Noah Lane isn't so sure either word fits.
Noah's mother died when he was young, and she left him more than grief. She left him fragments, half-understood warnings, a sense that something about his neighborhood was never quite right, and questions he never had the chance to ask her. He's spent his life with a feeling he doesn't quite understand.
Then Riley moves in next door, and Noah finds himself caring about someone enough to be afraid for them, which is its own kind of danger in a place like this.
As the deaths mount and the explanations run out, Noah is forced to face what's been waiting underneath Hiller's Crest all along, something old, something hungry, and something that's been listening a lot longer than anyone realized.
The Listening Dark is a horror novel about a force that kills and the love that builds during the chase.

Goose & Scepter
A Novel
On Christmas Eve, a sinister force surrounding Chase Quinlan turns fatal.
It isn't the first time.
Haunted by grief and a power he doesn't understand, Chase has spent his life keeping his distance. Because when people get too close, bad things happen.
Sometimes, they don't walk away.
Miles Whitmore wasn't supposed to be part of that world.
A polished CEO with everything to lose, he walks into the Goose and Scepter expecting a quiet night-and instead falls in love with a man that is followed by darkness and death.
While Detective Malhotra closes in and pressure builds inside Miles's own company, the force surrounding Chase begins to change-growing stronger, darker... and far more possessive.
Walking away would be the smart choice.
Miles doesn't.
As danger tightens around them, what begins as curiosity turns into something neither of them can control.
Because whatever is attached to Chase isn't just watching anymore-
it's choosing.
And it won't let him go without a fight.
